McLaren Shine

Postby Chris Griffin » Fri Feb 06, 2009 9:02 am

Is there a way to take the red tint out of the McLarens shine. My front wing is black but it looks red in DX9.

I put a regular Alpha layer on it, but it didn't help. Anything that can be done?

Look into the specular texture inside the mas. It has red parts, that's why it's pretty "shiny" on the real mclaren texture. We used the same "trick" at the midland, too.
If you make that area grey on the specular texture it should work.
